By Car
Reaching the site is straightforward, with clear signposting along the way.
From Ennis:
Travel south on the R469 toward Quin. Continue for approximately 7 km until you reach the turn-off for Craggaunowen, clearly marked near Kilmurry.
From Limerick:
Take the N18 northbound toward Ennis. Exit at Junction 11 (Dromoland/Kilmurry), then follow the R462 toward Kilmurry. Craggaunowen is a short drive from the village.
From Bunratty Castle and Folk Park:
Join the N18 southbound toward Ennis. Take Junction 11 (Dromoland/Kilmurry) and follow the R462 toward Kilmurry. The entrance to Craggaunowen is nearby.
From the Cliffs of Moher:
Travel via the R478 to the N67, then continue onto the R476 toward Ennis. Near Kilmurry, turn toward Craggaunowen, which is well signposted from the main road.
