Meet Seán

Seán the Woodworker, a mainstay of the ringfort, brings the forest to life. His mobile workshop hums with activity, crafting essential tools and repairing well-worn favourites, all using the rich woods of the surrounding lands. Working with the pole lathe, Seán shapes spinning bowls and crafts sturdy tool handles, his skill ensuring the ringfort thrives.

Meet Arno

The rhythmic soul of the Crannóg

Arno is a master of three trades. With a craftsman's touch, he transforms animal hide and wood into beautiful, functional instruments, then brings them to life with his considerable musical talent. His skilled hands also produce a fine array of leather goods, from journals and costrels to belts, wallets and bookmarks. Each piece is shaped and decorated using traditional tools such as bevellers and stamps, ensuring both beauty and utility within the Crannóg.
